• Early Bird Registration fee is $295.00
  All Registration after April 30, 2010 is $320.00
• Payment should be made out to Professional Edge Hockey Schools Inc.
  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Reservation of enrollment requires a $100.00 non refundable deposit. Balance due by June 1st, 2010
• $50 Discount for registration made with a friend or family member (please send registration in together)
